GRR 竟然 92.82%

我公司有一台影像式精密测绘仪,我用校准用的标尺,取连续十个网格测量,以验证该测量仪的GRR是否合格,其测量结果我均在误差范围内,但GRR却92.82%,问题出在什么地方呢?迷惑呀

从你的图形看,A跟B的变异很大,重复性不太好


样品不能随机选择
选择的产品要覆盖你的产品误差的范围
即:3.0+/-0.2 那么选择的样品要事先先测量好,选取2.9-3.0选3个 3.0选4个 3.1-3.2选3个
再试试看

样品的选择要覆盖整个公差带
