间接测量系统模型的不确定度分析
潘光斌陈光电子科技大学自动化学院,四川成都610054中国工程物理研究院计量测试中心,四川绵阳621900摘要:从间接测量系统模型化分析的角度出发，根据测试变量的数目、类型等特征，以及系统输出与输入间的函数关系，并结合一些实际的电学、力学参数计量检定实例，讨论了在不同的间接测量系统模型中测量不确定度的评定方法，对ISO测量不确定度评定导则中给出的标准不确定度分析方法进行了补充和扩展。
