测量不确定度分析及其在电器检验中的应用研究
倪济宇广州日用电器检测所,广州市510300摘要:本文说明了研究测量不确定度的必要性。它在现代的质量管理和质量体系中，得到了越来越多的重视。本文同时对测量误差和测量不确定度的概念、来源以及它们之间的关系作了分析。评定测量不确定度是有6个基本步骤的，本文对这6个基本步骤进行了列举，并配以简单的实例对它们进行了分析。同时，还列举并分析了测量不确定度A类和B类评定的两类评定方法。
