测量不确定度的实验研究
徐小文苏东林郭俊峰刘志航北京航空航天大学,北京100083中国航天科工集团公司三院35所,北京100013摘要:该文在电源线传导发射测试的基础上对测量不确定度在电磁兼容测试中的影响进行了统计分析。该文分析了A类和B类标准不确定度以及系统误差。结果表明实验布置的细微差别都会给测试结果带来很大的影响。
