双压法湿度发生器标准装置测量不确定度评定
易洪李占元任长青中国计量科学研究院,北京100013摘要:介绍了双压法湿度发生器标准装置的技术指标、测量方法和不确定度评定。测试结果和不确定度分析表明，该发生器在-25～＋25℃测量范围内，露点温度测量的不确定度不大于0．04℃。满足我国湿度量值传递的准确度要求。
