FDRR(FlatDieRheometer)isatestingequipmentthatmeasureschangesintorquethatvarywithrubberbyoscillationanddeterminesthevulcanizationcharacteristicsbasedonchangesinthemaximumtorque,theminimumtorque,scorchtime,curetime,viscoelasticity,andotherfactorswhentherubbercomponentisenteredbetweentheupperandlowerdiesofaflatplateataspecifiedtemperatureandissubjectedtosinusoidaltorsionaloscillation.FDRthusprovidesacorndrivedesignedtoachieveaccuratesinusoidaloscillationsandafour-heaterdrive,thusachievinghighaccuracyandreproducibilityofthetestresults.Andalsothisequipmentiscompactthatitcanbeinstalledinanyplace.Optionsincludeaspongerubberanalysismechanism(whichanalyzesthespongingpressure,spongingreaction,andvulcanizationreactionofspongerubber);asimulatedtemperaturerisingprogrammechanism;andasampleautomaticcoveyancemechanism(Maximum100samples).
