本程序规定了对产品进行返工或返修以提高客户满意度的过程。本程序中的返工/返修产品是指可返工的生产中的不合格品及客户退回的可返工的产品。

4.Responsibilities
4.职责
Allresponsiblepersonnelshallensurethatallthereworking/repairingproductsareprocessedasperdocumentedprocedures.
所有的责任人应确保返工、返修产品根据文件化的程序进行
Theproductionorotherdepartmentsrelatedshalltaketheresponsibilitytosegregateand/orrework/repairthenonconformingorsuspectedproducts.
生产部或其他相关部门应负责对不合格品或可疑产品进行隔离和返工。
TheQualityDepartmentshallidentifythereworking/repairingproductsandinspectallproductsreworkedandrepaired.
质量部应确保有效追溯及隔离任何不合格产品及可疑产品。
5.Procedure
5.程序
5.1Inspectorsshalllabelouttheseproductsthatneedreworking/repairingwith"sort/reworklabel"duringproduction,andtheproductionpersonnelrelatedshallsegregatetheseproducts.
5.1检验员负责对需返工/返修的产品进行标识；生产部相关人员负责产品的返工/返修工作。
5.2Whenreturnnedproductsneedreworking/repairing,QualityDepartmentshallprovide"CTPSHCustomerReturnGoodsDisposalReportSheet".Theseproductswhicharethesamebatchno.withthereturnedonesinthewarehouseshallbeinspected
5.2对于客户退回的需返工/返修的产品，质量部提供“客户退货处理报告”。检查仓库里同批次的产品，如存在同样的问题，也需进行返工/返修。
5.3ProductionEngineerassistantsinprovidingreworkinginstruction,andgivingclearindications(where,how,what,when)
5.3当不良品需要返工或返修时，生产部工程师配合提供返工作业指导书。
5.4Allworkshallbedonefollowingtheinstruction
5.4返工/返修须按照作业指导书进行。
5.5Productionpersonnelrelatedshallmonitorthereworking/repairingprocess,andensureallproductsarereworked/repaired.
5.5生产部相关人员须跟踪整个返工/返修过程，并保证所有需返工/返修的产品都进行了处理。
5.6Allreworking/repairingactivitiesshallberecord,includingman/machine/method/non-conformingdescription/date/customerect.
5.6所有返工/返修的动作都须被记录，包括返工/返修的人员，使用的工具、方法，不良描述，返工/返修时间，及客户等相关信息。
5.7QCinspectorshallsubjectproductstore-inspection,there-inspectionstandardshallbekeepinlinewiththenormalinspection,anychangesshallbeconfirmedbyQualityEngineer.Inspectorshallre-stampthesegoodpartsafterreworking/repairing.Allre-inspectionactivitiesshallberecorded.
5.7返工或返修的产品将由品质部再次检验，再次检验的标准同正常检验。如有删减须得到质量工程师的确认。检验合格后，检验员再次加盖检验章。返工、返修的和再次检验将被再记录。
5.8Thesereworked/repairedproductswhichpassedtheinspectionshallsendtowarehouseorcustomeraccordingtorequirment.Theamountshallbeensured.
5.8经检验合格的返工/返修产品，根据要求，重新入库或发还客户。如返工后产品数量短缺，须进行补货。
5.9Forthesereworked/repairedproductswhichdid'tpasstheinspection,operationpersonnelfillin"",andreporttootherdepartmentsreleatedtoconfirm.Thesedepartmentshallrecordtheinformationreleated.
5.9对返工/返修后仍不合格的产品，生产人员填写“生产报废单”，报请相关部门签字确认。各相关部门进行相关记录。
5.10Warehouseisresponsibleforscrapaction.
5.10仓库对不良品进行实物报废。
