引用文献《单基准给定方向轴线对平面倾斜度误差的评定》(蔡改贫,朱同发《南方冶金学院学报》1998年第6期)给出的基准平面算例,该例有100个样本点。其计算出的平面度误差为7.896321um;用本算法进行计算,得出的平面度误差为为5.5131578um(a=0.000014,b=0.000010,c=1.000000)。测量数据:
