座椅座面的试验方法
TestMethodforSeatChairandseatsurface:
1.座面的静载荷试验：通过加载块垂直向下施加一定力量于加载点上并保持至少10秒。并反复进行10次。
SeatSurfaceStaticLoadTest:

2.座面的疲劳试验：通过载入垫，将950N的力和规定的次数垂直向下重复施加在座面载入点上。加载速率为每分钟不超过40次。

3.座面的冲击试验：将一块泡沫塑料放在座面上，然后把座面冲击器置于规定的高度，使其自由跌落，冲击载入部位各10次。

座椅靠背的试验方法：
Testmethodsforbackofthechair
1.座背的静载荷试验：用挡块靠住椅和凳子的脚上。然后将规定的平衡载荷施加于座面载入点上。再将规定的力沿着与椅背垂直的方向通过载入垫施加于载入点上。每次至少保持10秒。并反复进行10次。

2.座背的疲劳试验：用挡块靠住椅或者凳子的脚上，然后将950N的力垂直施加在座面载入点上，再通过椅背载入块，将330N的力按规定的次数施加在椅背的载入点上。加载速率为每份钟不超过40次。

1、垂直负载下的稳定性试验：

把试件放在试验基面上。在其最不稳定桌边中心离边沿向内50mm桌面处通过载入垫垂直向下逐渐加力到规定的力值或者至少试件至少有一个桌脚离地为止。

2.垂直和水平载入稳定性试验：

把试件放在试验基面上。用挡块挡住试件最不稳定边的桌脚。防止试件在试验中移动。在该边中心离边沿向内50mm桌面处通过载入垫垂直向下施加100N的力。同时在该边中心桌上向外施加一个水平力。逐渐增加该力到规定值或者至少有一个桌脚离地为止。
