Therecorderisdespatchedinaspecialpackdesignedtogiveadequateprotectionduringtransit.Shouldtheouterbo
showsignsofdamage,itshouldbeopenedimmediatelyandtherecorderexamined.Ifthereisevidenceofdamage,
theinstrumentshouldnotbeoperatedandthelocalrepresentativecontactedforinstructions.Aftertherecorderhas
beenremovedfromitspacking,thepackingshouldbeexaminedtoensurethatallaccessoriesanddocumentation
havebeenremoved.Oncetherecorderhasbeeninstalled,anyinternalpackingshouldberemoved,andstoredwith
theexternalpacking,againstfuturetransportrequirements.
INSTALLATION（记录仪器安装说明）MECHANICALINSTALLATIONFigure2.1givesinstallationdetails.Therecorderisinsertedthroughthepanelaperturefromthefrontofthepanel.Withtheweightoftherecordersup-ported,thepanelclampsareinsertedintoonepairoftherectangularapertures(eitheratthetopandbottomorattherightandleftsides)oftherecorder.Thejackingscrewsarethenbetightenedsufficientlytoclamptherecorderintoposition.EXCESSFORCESHOULDNOTBEUSEDINTIGHTENINGTHESESCREWS.
