一﹑用途:l本機測試鋁箔紙、紙及紙板之耐折強度.二﹑原理:l試法是將試樣兩端固定在上下夾具,上夾具施於所須之荷重,使試樣承受一定張力,下夾具則在試樣垂直狀態下,向左右兩邊往復彎折之耐折強度.l本儀器之設計符合TAPPI-T423PM,ASTM-D2176,JIS-P8115標準。三、準備試樣:1.試樣位置之確定:從同批物料的分散位置選取試樣.2.在要進行測試的材料上按縱向和橫向截取試樣(裁取無折痕、庇點位置),試樣寬15±0.1mm,長度不小於140m尺寸.3.試樣數目:同種材料需測試樣縱、橫向至少10片以上.4.試樣之標準狀態:試驗前靜置於溫度23℃±2℃,相對溫度60±5%之狀態中24小時以上.四、操作步驟:1.調整機台水平腳釘(圖1-7).2.夾持試樣(如圖3所示)2.1依試驗規定調節施力杆上(圖1-1)的指標(圖1-2)指在刻度尺(圖1-3)所需之位置.2.2鬆開上夾具的固定鈕,裝上試樣並固定.2.3使下夾具成垂直狀態.2.4鬆開下夾具上的固定鈕,將試樣穿過下夾具並固定.

3.Samplenumber:samematerialmusttestsampleofthelongitudinalandtransverseatleast10pieceabove.
4.Thesamplestandardstate:beforetheteststaticin23℃temperature±2℃,relativehumidityof60-5%ofthestateofmorethan24hours.
