环压测试仪的操作步骤
一、用途：l本機採用高精度感測器感應，測試紙和紙板之環壓強度、豎壓強度、膠合強度及平壓強度同時也可測試出拉力強度並直接顯示測試值。二、原理：l本機為電子顯示環壓/拉力試驗機，使用馬達傳動螺杆而使夾具移動，將裝置好試樣試驗夾具置於上下兩夾具之間，然後施予規定之速度，上夾具向下壓縮試樣時，上夾具上端的荷重元即感受到壓力；而拉力測試是上夾具向上移動，下夾具向下移動，同樣夾具感受到壓力，並將力轉換成電壓訊號輸給顯示器，結果連用LOADCELL力量感應器連接顯示器自動顯示力量值。
三、操作說明：1.機臺必須接220V+5%50HZ的電源，要有良好的接地保護措施。2.打開面板上的電源開關後，面板得電，顯示器會自動打開程序。3.確認機臺的行程保護裝置是否有效，是否合理。4.將測試試樣放置於夾具中間，依試樣的厚度選擇內盤直徑置於試樣座上(內盤上標示適合試樣厚度以mm為單位),小心地把試樣插入試樣座,並確保插到底部如下圖3,按測試鍵和上升或下降鍵開始測試。5.嚴禁上下夾具直接接觸，或以金屬類試件測試。6.在測試過程中，若有異常狀況，可按停止鍵，關掉電源後立即通知維修人員檢測。待故障排除後方可使用。7.打印機接受顯示器信號後，按打印鍵，即可打印當前日期、時間、次數和最大壓力值。(詳細操作見顯示器操作和打印機操作)8.顯示器接受上壓板頂的壓力感應器之信號，顯示當時最大壓力值。按下清零鍵，可清除顯示器上的數字。按下峰值鍵，在測試時可記錄下測試的最大值。

4.Willtestsampleinplaceamongfixture,inaccordancewiththethicknessofsampleselectiondoublediameterinsampleseat(onthedoublelabelingforsamplethicknesstommforunit),carefullyputthesampleintosampleholder,andmakesurethattheplugtobottombelowinfigure3,accordingtothetestkeyandrisingorfallingkeytobegintesting.
5.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtofixtureanddirectcontactwith,orinmetalsampletest.
6.Inthetestprocess,ifthereisabnormalcondition,canpressthestopbutton,switchoffthepowersupplyimmediatelynotifymaintenancepersonneldetection.Fortroubleshootingrearcanuse.
7.Printeracceptdisplaysignal,pressprintkey,canprintthecurrentdate,time,numberandmaximumpressurevalue.(detailedoperationseedisplayoperationandprinteroperation)
8.Displayaccepttopboardtoppressuresensor'ssignals,displaythebiggestpressurevalue.Presstheresetbutton,cancleardisplaydigital.Pressthepeakkey,inthetestcanrecordamaximumoftest.
